If you are having those days where you feel lost or discouraged and you don`t know what to do next, then I suggest you be quiet to find some clarity.
Find a quiet place to sit or lay comfortably and quiet your mind. I like to play some calm and soothing music to help me to relax and to block any outside noise.
Take as long as you want, this is much needed time for yourself to go inward and become clear on what your next steps should be.
You can just sit there and stop thinking altogether or you can visualize on what you want to accomplish. Use your imagination and listen to any intuitive insight you might get.
