Affirmations are a great way for bringing change into your life because they help to reprogram your subconscious mind and change your beliefs. When you say your affirmations, it is better to say it with good, positive emotion and gratitude behind it. Emotion and gratitude are what give the affirmations its power so that change can occur.
Although, sometimes it can be difficult to say your affirmations in a positive manner when you are going through a difficult phase in your life. You’ve probably heard the expression, “fake it ’till you make it,” but I suggest that you sing it! Singing your affirmations is fun and enjoyable and they then become powered by the positive emotion and gratitude you are projecting outward. This is a technique that I use when I need a boost in happiness. Try it for yourself, just sing your affirmations anyway you want and make it fun.
